Residencehotels is a family-run business. Well, on second thought, you may actually say it's an extended family. Whose members share a love for hospitality, the mountains and everything that's beautiful about them.
Our history begins after WWI, when brothers Fabio and Sandro Conci started working in the building and real estate industries, devoting their spare time to what was still a niche sport back then: skiing.
The Conci family established the Residencehotels Group in 1970, one of the first tourist management companies in the Trentino Alto-Adige region, created to allow as many people as possible to become familiar with the mountains and the sports that can be practised there.
After all these years, our dream hasn’t changed: we want to bring the Dolomites into everybody’s heart, and bring everybody into the heart of the Dolomites
